Breakfast...

Our complimentary breakfasts are sure to please with a variety that extends from Continental style to Deluxe Gourmet. We will always try to use Organic and fresh whenever available. We have accessibility to a local Organic Farm which supplies us with the local fruit and vegetables of the season. We also grow a fair amount of our own vegetables in our own garden.

Dietary Needs.. please advise us in advance of your dietary needs or likes and we will gladly work with you to meet them.

 

The Great Room...

In addition to the bedrooms comes a large open space kitchen, dining room and living room for your use. This great room has gas fireplace, large TV, stereo, in the living room area plus all the amenities required for a full kitchen and dining room space. This space allows for island chit chat or full 8 people dining room meals. The finished are new, contemporary and bright for you enjoyment.

Special Needs..Peggys B&B is wheelchair accessible and the open Great Room and wider doorways allows for easier access into rooms.

Policies...

  • A 50% payment is required upon booking by credit card.
  • Balance of payment is due 30 days prior to reservation.
  • Reservations and payments can be made thru our website.
  • Cancellations will be accepted 30 days prior with a minimum charge of 2 nights.
  • For full Guest House Reservation minimum stay is 5 days or call and discuss.

Check In and Check Out.. check in is at 3.00 and check out is at 11.00. These times can be adjusted re your schedule so please advise on reservation if you need to adjust these times.

Children..we are kid friendly, so please advise us of your needs on reservation.

Pets..we are pet friendly,. Please advise us in advance at booking re extra charges if applicable.

 

Reservations...

Reservations are guaranteed upon receipt of a deposit. An online request does not constitute a reservation until we contact you to confirm booking.

Deposit..We require your credit card information to reserve space at the time of your booking. At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation total will be charged to your credit card. Full and final payment is due at check in. We accept cash, traveler’s cheques, credit cards and debit cards. If for some reason you fail to arrive your booking will be charged for the days we are unable to rebook.

Cancellation Policy..We require 15 days advance notice for full refund less a $25.00 administration fee.
